*Football, Graduation, Special Events,
and holidays require a two or three night minimum. For these
reservations, there is a special cancelation policy. See below.
Rates do not include 8.5% sales tax. and subject to change without notice.**
Deposits:
For one
night reservations, a deposit of the full amount plus tax is
required. For stays of longer than one night, the deposit is 1/2
of the total amount of the stay. The deposit is charged to your
credit card when the reservation is made.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received 14
days or more prior to the arrival date receive a full refund
minus $25 for processing. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival,
regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and for
weekend reservations the balance due will be charged, unless the room is
reserved by another guest.
The $25 processing fee still applies.
Graduation
Deposits: The
full amount of the stay will be due in January. We will contact you
before charging the deposit.
Graduation
Cancelations: The
deposit will only be refunded if the room is re-booked. If re-rented for
less nights than you book, the difference will be deducted from your
refund. The $25.00 cancelation charge will
apply to each
room.
Football
Deposits: The
full amount of the stay will be due in June. We will invoice you in May if
you wish to pay by check.
Cancelation
policy for football games: The
deposit will only be refunded if the room is re-rebooked. If re-rented for
less nights than you book, the difference will be deducted from your refund.
The $25.00 cancelation charge will apply to each room.
Children:
We do not
accept children unless appropriate arrangements
are made in advance.
Pets:
We do not accept
pets.
