Our deluxe king room is extremely spacious at 550 square feet, with a comfortable sitting area and one king bed. It is decorated with designer fabrics, rich colors, and dark woods.
Accommodations at our bed and breakfast consist of five second-floor guest rooms and three third-floor guest rooms. Smoking is not permitted in any room in the mansion. All rooms have private en-suite baths and are fully air-conditioned. Each room has a charm and character all its own. Most of our returning guests choose a different room each time they visit. An inviting alternative to lodging at hotels in State College, PA, our Bellefonte bed and breakfast is more like a small boutique hotel. We offer elegantly appointed suites with luxurious amenities, such as king-sized beds, fireplaces, and jetted tubs in some rooms. Second-floor rooms have beautiful original wood floors while third-floor rooms are carpeted. Delicious three-course gourmet breakfasts, Tesla Destination Charging stations, and complimentary 24/7 coffee and tea are all included in your stay.
Whether you are planning a romantic getaway or visiting a student at Penn State University, Reynolds Mansion in Bellefonte offers exquisite luxury. Lodging near State College takes you out of the crowds and into a charming Victorian town. Only nine miles from campus, the Reynolds Mansion is rich in history. While you are here, learn about William F. Reynolds, the original owner of the mansion. Tour the first floor with owners Mike and Tricia. See beautiful original woodwork and fireplaces. Play pool in the Billiards Room or sip Brandy in the Snuggery, both included in your stay. And, where else can you meet Tony and Nia, the resident dogs of the mansion? They love to have treats and visit during breakfast.
Breakfast is a refreshing change from typical hotel stays. Mike prepares a three-course breakfast each morning. Or, if you have any dietary concerns, let him know ahead of time and he’ll happily accommodate you. For a romantic Pennsylvania vacation or a weekend getaway, choose one of our eight guest rooms at the Reynolds Mansion.
